Contracts 2021/22

Dear GISW Parents and Guardians,

By now, you all should have received the re-enrollment contracts for the upcoming school year by email via DocuSign. Many of you have already signed and returned the contract(s) and we look forward to welcoming you and your children back to GISW for the upcoming school year. We thank you for your ongoing trust when it comes to the education of your children.

If you believe that you have not received a contract, we would like to draw your attention once again to our FAQs, outlining this year’s re-enrolling process for you. If you are not familiar with DocuSign, it might be helpful to review these FAQs before filling out the contract(s). Many of our families have found the FAQs to be helpful. Please also check your SPAM folder. DocuSign has assured us that all contracts have been received by our families.

We also would like to remind you that families who submit their enrollment contract(s) by Wednesday March 31, 2021 will receive the early bird tuition of $1000 per student. The interest in GISW is very high this enrollment season and we unfortunately cannot guarantee a spot for your child after March 31, 2021. The contract may be canceled in writing on or before April 19, 2021, without incurring any fees.

If your child will not return to GISW for the 2021/22 school year, please complete the following withdrawal form and return to admissions@giswashington.org as soon as possible.

Your final bill which you will receive from our Accounting Department AFTER you have submitted your contract(s), will reflect all paid fees, bonuses and awards your family is eligible for, in the upcoming school year. The invoices will be sent in July 2021.

We thank you for your understanding and patience and respectfully ask for your ongoing support for the remaining 14 weeks of this school year. As you can imagine, it has been a very demanding school year for our students and several final written and oral exams lie ahead in the remaining weeks, not only for our graduating class. Let us all come together as a school community, supporting each other, before many of our community members have to say their final goodbyes to their beloved GISW and their friends in this most unusual school year of all times.

With kind regards,

Jeannette Dubrey

Director of Enrollment Management
