Elementary School: Easter Arts and Crafts Morning

Dear Elementary School Parents (School Entry Level though 4th grade),

Easter is just around the corner and the Elementary School would like to celebrate this holiday with you by holding our Easter Arts and Crafts Morning on Friday, March 18 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

The students will have a chance to walk from workstation to workstation in different classrooms. We will present a variety of projects at the stations. It would be great if you could accompany your child during the morning. We ask the parents of our SEL students to accompany their children to the various craft stations. In one classroom we will  color Easter eggs. Please provide your child with two hard-boiled eggs that day.

As in past years, we will hold an Easter Coffee House which you will find in the lower level of the Elementary School. Here is where we ask for your help. Each class will be in charge of a specific contribution to the Coffee House:

SEL 1/2/3: Beverages (at least five thermos of coffee, two thermos of tea, water, and apple juice per class)

1a/b, 2a/b, 3a: Cakes, pies, cookies (at least five cakes per class)

3b, 4a/4b: Hearty snacks (sandwiches, rolls, finger food)

You can drop off beverages and food in the lower level of the Elementary School starting at 8:00 a.m. We are asking the parent representatives to kindly coordinate the beverages and food.

Please remember to label your thermos and plates and pick them up at the end of the event.

Thank you for your support.
