Campus Tours:
Campus tours will resume once the new school year begins on August 20. We would be delighted to welcome you for a private tour. Please contact admissions@giswashington.org to schedule your visit.
First Day of School:
For School Entry Level (5-year-olds) and Grade 2 through 12: Thursday, August 20th, 2026
For Preschool and first Grade: Monday, August 24th, 2026

Campusführungen sind ab Beginn des neuen Schuljahres am 20. August wieder möglich. Gerne begrüßen wir Sie zu einer persönlichen Schulführung. Bitte kontaktieren Sie admissions@giswashington.org, um einen individuellen Termin zu vereinbaren.
Erster Schultag:
Für die Schuleingangsstufe (5-Jährige) sowie die Klassen 2 bis 12: Donnerstag, 20. August 2026
Für den Kindergarten und die erste Klasse: Montag, 24. August 2026
Care
After school, there are exciting courses as part of the afternoon program. Participation is already included in the tuition for all elementary school students.
Afternoon Program
1:40 - 3:15 pm - At the GISW students enjoy a wide variety of Afternoon courses.
Morning Care
6:30 – 8:00 am - Morning care provides students of the School Entry Level (SEL) through 9th grade with a relaxed start to the school day, complete with a light breakfast.
Extended Care
4:45 - 6:30 pm - The GISW Extended Care Program is provided daily for students who are in the School Entry Level through ninth grade.
Evening Care
4:45 - 6:30 pm - Evening Care provides students with a calm and structured environment after school to study, relax, and enjoy a snack.
