Hours for walk-in traffic during Summer Break:
Monday through Friday: 10 am to 3 pm
First Day of School:
For School Entry Level (5-year-olds) and Grade 2 through 12: Thursday, August 20th, 2026
For Preschool and first Grade: Monday, August 24th, 2026

Wanted: Old computers
In computer science class our students learn how to work with computers. But what is in that black box? To find out, the Computer Science Department is looking for old desktop computers, which the students will first dissemble and then reassemble. Whoever has one to ten old computers – privately or through their job – and could donate these to the school, please contact Mr. Thiemeyer (pthiemeyer@giswashington.org). Thanks for your support!
