Elementary School: Easter Arts & Crafts

Dear Elementary School Parents (School Entry Level through 4th grade),

Easter is just around the corner and the Elementary School would like to celebrate this holiday with you by holding our

Easter Arts and Crafts Morning on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am

The students will have a chance to walk from workstation to workstation in different classrooms. We will present a variety of  projects at each station. It would be great if you could accompany your child during the morning. Especially our SEL students greatly benefit from a chaperone accompanying them to the various craft stations. Since we will color Easter eggs in one of the classrooms, we ask that you  please provide your child with two hard-boiled eggs that day.

As in past years, we will once again hold an Easter Coffeehouse which you will find in the lower level of the Elementary School. Here is where we depend on your help. Each class will be in charge of a specific contribution to the Coffeehouse:

SEL 1/2/3: Beverages (at least five thermos of coffee, two thermos of tea, water, and apple juice per classroom)

1a/b, 2a/b, 3a/b: Cakes, pies, cookies (at least five cakes per classroom)

4a/4b: Hearty snacks (sandwiches, rolls, finger food)

You can drop off beverages and food in the lower level of the Elementary School starting at 8:00 a.m. We are asking the parent representatives to kindly coordinate the beverages and food.

Please remember to label your thermos and plates and pick them up at the end of the event.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

The Elementary School Principal and the Coffee House Team
