First Day of School:
For School Entry Level (5-year-olds) and Grade 2 through 12: Thursday, August 20th, 2026
For Preschool and first Grade: Monday, August 24th, 2026

GISW Steering Group bids farewell to Dr. Guido Müller
The steering group had its first meeting of the second half of the year on Thursday, February 3. An important point was the farewell of Dr. Guido Müller. After 4 1/2 years of dedicated and tireless work he handed over the leadership of the steering group to Michael Huber. Another personnel change is that there is now a second deputy, Annette Putscher (Elementary School), who will support Michael Huber together with Sandra Grünberg-Kelley (preschool). Also on behalf of the other members, the new steering group leadership would like to sincerely thank Dr. Guido Müller for his outstanding work!!! Furthermore, the planning of the School Development Day (SE-Day) for the entire school community is pregressing, and the work of the project groups continues to be accompanied.
