Between Fall Break and Christmas break, we continue to offer lunch bags, which will continue to be delivered to the classroom or picked up by assigned students.
Please determine which of the following 3 scenarios applies to your child(ren) and take action BY THUSDAY OCTOBER 7th by 12 NOON if indicated:
1. If your child has been receiving brown bag lunches and you would like to continue with this service until Christmas break you do not need to take any action and will be billed an additional $200.
2. If your child has NOT been receiving brown bag lunches, but you would like to sign up for this service until Christmas break please complete this SIGN UP FORM by THURSDAY OCTOBER 7th by 12 NOON and you will be billed $200.
3. If your child has been receiving brown bag lunches, but you prefer to discontinue this service after Fall break, please complete this DISCONTINUATION FORM by THURSDAY OCTOBER 7th by 12 NOON .
The signup is for every school day from October 18th through December 17, 2021 and you will be charged $200.00 at a later time by the accounting department. This brownbag lunch offering is completely separate from the lunch pass that you may have signed up for already as well.
