Memorial Day Parade 2017
On May 29th, 2017, the German School Washington D.C. participated in Rockville’s Memorial Day Parade. This group, dressed in fisher shirts and neckties, was organized by Mr. Jessen-Klingenberg under the motto: „Not all Germans wear Lederhosen and Dirndl“.
A big Thank-You goes to the Friends of the German School for partially sponsoring the purchase of shirts and neckties.
