Hours for walk-in traffic during Summer Break:
Monday through Friday: 10 am to 3 pm
First Day of School:
For School Entry Level (5-year-olds) and Grade 2 through 12: Thursday, August 20th, 2026
For Preschool and first Grade: Monday, August 24th, 2026

No Kid Hungry
On November 20th, GISW students of 8th, 9th and 10th grades held their Empty Plate Dinner event. The students chose to support ‘No Kid Hungry’, a national campaign working to eliminate child hunger in the United States, by hosting a dinner on 93 beautiful ceramic plates that they created under the guidance of our art teacher Alexandra Cheshire.
What a wonderful evening for a great cause!
