Montgomery County Schools decided to open late today, therefore the GISW is running on Plan B.

- Classes start at 9:55 am.
- Morning buses pick up students later and follow the Plan B bus schedule.
- Afternoon Program and Extended Care take place as scheduled.
- All afternoon and evening events take place as scheduled.

Please be aware that in the event of worsening conditions, Montgomery County's decision regarding school closures may be reevaluated at 7 am, possibly resulting in a full-day closure.

Nachdem Montgomery County heute einen verspäteten Unterrichtsbeginn beschlossen hat gilt an der GISW Plan B.

- Der Unterricht beginnt um 9:55 Uhr.
- Die Schulbusse fahren morgens später und folgen dem Plan B Buszeitplan.
- Das Nachmittagsprogramm und die Spätbetreuung finden statt.
- Alle Nachmittags- und Abendveranstaltungen finden statt.

Easter Crafts and Coffee House at the Elementary School

Events like our Easter Craft Day at the Elementary School show what a wonderful and special community we are - school spirit at its best!

Generous contributions from parents in form of baked goods and beverages for our Easter Café, detailed preparations from our teachers for the craft projects, and beautiful offerings by the Friends of the German International School were displayed for sale, all of these efforts came together to make this day so successful. All students had fun, and parents as well!
