GISW operates on a regular schedule. The school opens on time.
The Cafeteria tries new recipes and students sampled them!
This month, Ms. Koehler tried two new recipes: A vegetable soup with butternut squash and quinoa, and “Butter Chicken”, an Indian recipe by Ms. Narayanan, mother at the GISW and volunteer in the kitchen.
The kids sampled both! The response was great so both recipes will be incorporated in the menu soon.
