Cafeteria
The cafeteria is making an important contribution to the STEM/MINT program at GISW. As part of the lecture series, Ms. Susanne Koehler, Director of Food Services, provides information on healthy eating, food cycles, and environmental initiatives related to the school kitchen. Students receive assistance with projects in Nawi and FuF classes, actively participate in food preparation when practical and help out in the cafeteria when necessary.
The elementary school's recycling project, a future initiative to compost kitchen waste and the planting of an herb garden planned by a group of students from the SMV, are strongly supported and driven forward by the kitchen team.
