German Immersion Summer Camp - please note our last day of school at GISW is June 26
Dates: June 17 - June 28 (with Juneteenth - 6/19 - off)
Time: 9:30am - 3pm; Tuition: $775
Location: Takoma Park or Silver Spring tbd.
Age: 5 - 15, groups will be divided according to age
Theme: A Grimm's fairy tale (performed on June 28 as a puppet show with some acting, songs, live music and, depending on age and skills of the participants: including the use of paper cut art/painting and a crankie

In the fall of 2023, our Head of School, Carsten Apsel visited the Neuzelle boarding school to review it for our students. They offer an excellent summer camp to learn or improve German language skills. Mr. Apsel is very impressed with the program and would like to recommend it to the GISW school community.
