Preschool Evening Care

4:45 pm – 6 :30 pm Pick-up grace period (6:15 pm – 6:30 pm)

This program provides a relaxed and caring continuation of the school day within our holistic learning environment. After a full day of discovery and growth, children enjoy unhurried time for free play, creative exploration, outdoor experiences when appropriate, and quiet moments with stories or books. The late afternoon setting honors children’s natural rhythms and supports their well-being, creating a smooth and positive transition for going home. Educators respond attentively to each child’s needs. Snacks will be provided during the evening care program.Younger children may also rest or nap if needed during the afternoon hours. Families should plan to pick up their children between 6:15 pm and 6:30 pm. Bus transportation is not available at the end of the evening program.

On early release days, the regular afternoon program does not take place. Classes end at 12:15 pm. Students who are enrolled in the evening care program will automatically be supervised from the end of classes at 12:15 pm until 6:15 pm at no additional cost. During this time, students participate in a relaxed afternoon schedule that may include supervised play, outdoor time when appropriate, quiet activities, reading, creative projects, or rest periods depending on the age group. This arrangement ensures that families who rely on after-school care continue to have a reliable and structured supervision option even on early release days. Students may be picked up between 6:15 pm and 6:30 pm during the grace period.
