Campus Tours:
Campus tours will resume once the new school year begins on August 20. We would be delighted to welcome you for a private tour. Please contact admissions@giswashington.org to schedule your visit.
First Day of School:
For School Entry Level (5-year-olds) and Grade 2 through 12: Thursday, August 20th, 2026
For Preschool and first Grade: Monday, August 24th, 2026

Für die Schuleingangsstufe (5-Jährige) sowie die Klassen 2 bis 12: Donnerstag, 20. August 2026
Für den Kindergarten und die erste Klasse: Montag, 24. August 2026
OPEN HOUSE in program for 5-year-olds
Curious to learn more about the play-based approach to learning in the grade that serves as a bridge between preschool and first grade? We call it the 'School Entry Level' - it is for children age 5.
German language skills are not required for admission into the School Entry Level.
