Campus Tours:
Campus tours will resume once the new school year begins on August 20. We would be delighted to welcome you for a private tour. Please contact admissions@giswashington.org to schedule your visit.
First Day of School:
For School Entry Level (5-year-olds) and Grade 2 through 12: Thursday, August 20th, 2026
For Preschool and first Grade: Monday, August 24th, 2026

Thank you to the Parent Council’s Event Committee
During the Parent Council’s Conference on December 4th, 2019 the Elementary School was given a check in the amount of $2.685 by the new Parent Council’s Event Committee - the proceeds of two fundraising events that the committee had organized recently. Both events, the bake sale and the raffle of gift baskets and children’s activities, were very successful thanks to the generous support by our GISW parents. The generous donations will be used to continue the expansion of our Elementary School playground.
